We provide free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

After you have successfully placed your order with   www.chando-himalaya.us  Your order will be confirmed and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 bussiness days after order being confirmed. Currently, we will only be dispatching from our warehouses from Monday to Friday then take 3-8 business days to ship to your address.

Tracking Orders 
When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email. Use the tracking number to track your package with the appropriate shipping company.

Unsuccessful Delivery
If you input the incorrect address information at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. we are not liable to refund/replace this order.
